1.How do I return/ exchange my product?
We believe in our products so if you’re not satisfied with your order placed through www.eu.beistravel.com, we will find a solution for you! The majority of our products can be returned within 45 days , To request a return, please visit our 문의하기 . Please note that the shipping fees for all orders are non-refundable. All items must be unused and with original tags attached.Refund will be issued back to your original method of payment and may take up to 10 business days to process. Please contact your bank or credit card company for more information regarding refunds. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@eu.beistravel.com.
2.Can I return or exchange my personalized items?
Personalized items are made to order and cannot be exchanged or returned, but our product warranties still apply. Personalization is only available on new items
3. When will I receive my order?
All orders have a 1-2 business day processing time at our warehouse before they hit the road. Once your order leaves our warehouse, how long it takes to deliver depends on your shipping method selected at checkout. If you choose our UPS Ground shipping option for the U.S. and Canada, and DPD for the UK, your order will arrive within 2-4 business days, depending on your location. You'll be charged for items in your order once they ship . Our warehouse team takes a much-deserved break on weekends and federal holidays, so orders placed on those days will be shipped the following business day. You can track the status of your order here
4.How long does it take to personalize my order?
Because every item is personalized just for you, these pieces typically take 1 - 3 weeks to complete before they hit the road. Please keep in mind that selecting a faster shipping option will not impact the processing time of your order.

5.What personalization services are available?
We can provide fabric customization, logo customization, packaging customization, logo customization can be divided into screen printing, heat transfer printing, embroidery. Also welcome to sample customization.

As a direct-to-consumer company, we make and sell everything ourselves, which allows us to offer higher quality products at lower prices. It also means that we typically don’t offer sales or bulk discounts.
